Aquarius Support: The Aquarius Workstation is provided with full installation service. Our expert specialists will coordinate installation with your site, taking care of connection to your scanner and local network through liaison with your own IT personnel. Once installation is completed and validated, a Clinical Applications Specialist will provide training in the use of the workstation as appropriate for your particular needs, including configuration of the presets and protocols required for your center's operation. Sales support is provided via telephone and remote dial-in, allowing our support engineers to directly investigate and remedy any problems that may arise with your system. DICOM Conformance - PDF TeraRecon provides products to the visualization community's leading OEMs, system integrators and re-sellers. If you have not purchased the VolumePro® product directly from TeraRecon, you must first contact either the OEM, system integrator or re-seller for direct technical assistance. In order for us to provide faster and better support, please include the information below when you contact Technical Support: your name, your company or organization, your VolumePro® serial number (on the mounting plate), and your platform information with: the type of operating system, type of workstation or PC (make and model), type of processor with speed (include # of processors), amount of RAM, type of 3D graphics accelerator (make and model), and the VolumePro® software version you are using. Other vendor software tool kits you may be using: Kitware, Advanced Visual Systems, or Template Graphics Systems. Problem details such as: problem reproduction steps, details of the volume used, images showing the problem, and whether the problem is in your application or can it be seen in our sample programs.
