How long we keep your personal information

Personal information may be retained no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained or as required by applicable laws or regulations. Personal information provided for marketing communication purposes will be retained until you opt-out of such communications. Personal identification information may be transferred to the United States. TeraRecon, Inc. has applied for certification to the E.U.-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
